Common use of PUBLIC SPONSORS Clause in Contracts

PUBLIC SPONSORS. The Sponsor must provide for a Single Audit or program-specific audit in accordance with 2 CFR Part 200. The Sponsor must submit the audit reporting package to the Federal Audit Clearinghouse on the Federal Audit Clearinghouse’s Internet Data Entry System at xxxx://xxxxxxxxx.xxxxxx.xxx/facweb/. Upon request of the FAA, the Sponsor shall provide one copy of the completed audit to the FAA. Sponsors that expend less than $750,000 in Federal awards and are exempt from Federal audit requirements must make records available for review or audit by the appropriate Federal agency officials, State, and Government Accountability Office. The FAA and other appropriate Federal agencies may request additional information to meet all Federal audit requirements.
