Common use of Publication and Delivery of Notices Clause in Contracts

Publication and Delivery of Notices. The Principal Paying Agent shall, upon and in accordance with instructions of the Issuer and/or the Note Trustee or the Security Trustee (as the case may be), arrange for the publication of any notice (provided that, unless otherwise agreed, the Principal Paying Agent receives no less than five (5) Business Days' notice of the details of any such notice) which is to be given to the Class A Noteholders, as applicable, in accordance with Condition 15 (Notice to Noteholders) and shall supply a copy thereof to each other Paying Agent, the Note Trustee, the Security Trustee, the Common Safekeeper, the Irish Stock Exchange, Euroclear and Clearstream, Luxembourg.
