Publication and Delivery of Notices. The Registrar shall, upon and in accordance with the instructions of the Issuer and the Trustee, arrange for the publication and delivery in accordance with the Conditions and the Residual Certificates Conditions of any notice which is to be given to the Noteholders and the Residual Certificateholders and shall promptly supply two copies thereof to the Trustee, the other Agents, the London Stock Exchange or other stock exchange on which the Notes are then listed, (if any) and any Clearing System.
