Publication and Delivery of Notices. The Registrar shall, upon and in accordance with instructions of the Issuer and/or the Note Trustee or the Security Trustee (as the case may be), arrange for the publication of any notice which is to be given to the Noteholders in accordance with the Notices Conditions and shall supply a copy thereof to each other Paying Agent, the Note Trustee, the Security Trustee, the Swap Provider, the Common Safekeeper, the London Stock Exchange, the FCA, the relevant Regulatory Information Service, and upon instructions to any other person including but not limited to Euroclear and Clearstream, Luxembourg.
