Publication List. The Port will provide the Union a list of publications directed to the “minority community” in which it advertises job opportunities. The Union will be afforded the opportunity to suggest publications for addition to said list.

Publication List. The Parties shall share through the JSC, at least once in each Calendar Year, a list of Publications made during the previous *** month period by each Party or by any Third Party on behalf of one of the Parties, or made independently by a Third Party in such Party’s respective territory. Upon reasonable request, each Party shall provide the other with copies of Publications.
