Publication of Combined Results. HEALTHSOUTH agrees that within 20 days after the end of the first calendar month following at least 30 days after the Closing Date, HEALTHSOUTH shall cause publication of the combined results of operations of HEALTHSOUTH and Advantage Health. For purposes of this Section 7.17, the term "publication" shall have the meaning provided in SEC Accounting Series Release No. 135.
