PUBLICATION OF DOCUMENTS. The Parties acknowledge that District is required to publish Application and its required schedules, or any amendment thereto; all economic analyses of the proposed project submitted to District; and the approved and executed copy of this Agreement or any amendment thereto, as follows: A. Within seven (7) days of such document, the school district shall submit a copy to Comptroller for Publication on Comptroller's Internet website; B. District shall provide on its website a link to the location of those documents posted on Comptroller's website; C. This Section does not require the publication of information that is confidential under Section 313.028 of the Texas Tax Code.
