Publication of Memorandum by Licensee. The Licensee shall publish this Memorandum and its Schedules on its web site within one month of entering into the Memorandum. For the avoidance of doubt, this refers to the Memorandum text and Schedules, but not the Binding Protocols or any drinking water quality risk management plans or protocols.

  • Reproduction of Agreement Copies of this Agreement shall be printed at the expense of the Board within thirty days after the Agreement is signed by both parties. A copy will be presented to all teachers employed by the Board, plus five (5) copies for the Association.
