Publication of Notice of Intended Procurement. 1. In an open tendering procedure, a procuring entity shall publish a notice inviting interested suppliers to submit tenders ("notice of intended procurement") in such a way as to be readily accessible to any interested supplier of the other Party for the entire period established for tendering. 2. Each notice of intended procurement shall include a description of the intended procurement, any conditions that suppliers must fulfil to participate in the procurement, the name of the procuring entity, the address where suppliers may obtain all documents relating to the procurement and the time limits for submission of tenders.
