Common use of Publication of Notices Clause in Contracts

Publication of Notices. On behalf of and at the request and expense of the relevant Issuer, the Agent shall cause to be published all notices required to be given by the relevant Issuer in accordance with the Conditions. Forthwith upon the receipt by the Agent of a demand or notice from any Noteholder in accordance with the Conditions, the Agent shall forward a copy thereof to the relevant Issuer.

Forthwith upon the receipt by the Agent of a demand or notice from any Noteholder in accordance with the Conditions, the Agent shall forward a copy thereof to the relevant Issuer.

On behalf of and at the request and expense of the relevant IssuerIssuer (failing which the Guarantors), the Agent shall cause to be published all notices required to be given by the relevant Issuer Issuer, the Guarantors and/or the Trustee to the Noteholders in accordance with the Conditions. Forthwith upon the receipt by the Agent of a demand or notice from any Noteholder in accordance with the Conditions, the Agent shall forward a copy thereof to the relevant Issuer.
