Common use of Publication of Notices Clause in Contracts

Publication of Notices. The Principal Paying Agent shall, upon and in accordance with the instructions, and at the expense of, the Master Issuer but not otherwise, arrange for the publication in accordance with Condition 14 of any notice which is to be given to the Noteholders and shall promptly supply two copies thereof to the Master Issuer Security Trustee and the Note Trustee and a copy thereof to each other Paying Agent.

Publication of Notices. The Principal Paying Agent shall, upon and in accordance with the instructions, and at instructions of the expense of, relevant Issuer and/or the Master Issuer Trustee but not otherwise, arrange for the publication in accordance with Condition 14 the Conditions of any notice which is to be given to the Noteholders holders of any Notes and shall promptly supply two copies thereof to the Master Issuer Security Trustee and the Note Trustee and a copy thereof to each other Paying Agent.

Publication of Notices. The Principal Paying Agent shall, upon and in accordance with the instructions, and at the expense of, the Master Eighth Issuer but not otherwise, arrange for the publication in accordance with Condition 14 CONDITION 15 of any notice which is to be given to the Noteholders and shall promptly supply two copies thereof to the Master Issuer Security Trustee and the Note Trustee and a copy thereof to each other Paying Agent.

Publication of Notices. The Principal Paying Agent shall, upon and in accordance with the instructions, and at the expense of, the Master Seventh Issuer but not otherwise, arrange for the publication in accordance with Condition 14 CONDITION 15 of any notice which is to be given to the Noteholders and shall promptly supply two copies thereof to the Master Issuer Security Trustee and the Note Trustee and a copy thereof to each other Paying Agent.

Publication of Notices.
