Common use of Publication of Notices Clause in Contracts

Publication of Notices. The Registrar shall, upon and in accordance with the instructions, and at the expense, of the Issuer but not otherwise, arrange for the publication in accordance with Note Condition 14 of the Notes of any notice which is to be given to the Noteholders and shall promptly supply two copies thereof to the Note Trustee and a copy thereof to each other Agent.

Publication of Notices. The Registrar shall, upon and in accordance with the instructions, and at the expense, instructions of the Issuer Issuer, the Guarantor and/or the Trustee but not otherwise, arrange for the publication in accordance with Note Condition 14 of the Notes Conditions of any notice which is to be given to the Noteholders Holders of any Notes and shall promptly supply two copies thereof to the Note Trustee and a copy thereof to each other Agent.

The Registrar or the Principal Paying Agent shall, upon and in accordance with the instructions, and at the expense, of the Issuer but not otherwise, arrange for the publication in accordance with Note Condition 14 of the Notes 18 (Notices) of any notice which is to be given to the Noteholders and shall promptly as soon as reasonably practicable supply two copies thereof to the Note Trustee and a copy thereof to each other Agent.
