Common use of Publication of Notices Clause in Contracts

Publication of Notices. The Fiscal Agent shall, upon and in accordance with instructions of the Issuer received at least 10 days before the proposed publication date, arrange for the publication in accordance with Condition 15 of the Notes of any notice which is to be given to the Noteholders.

Publication of Notices. The Fiscal Agent shall, upon and in accordance with instructions Instructions of the Issuer received at least 10 days Business Days before the proposed publication date, arrange at the expense of the Issuer for the giving or, as applicable, publication in accordance with Condition 15 of the Notes of any notice which is to be given to the NoteholdersNoteholders and shall supply a copy thereof to each other Paying Agent, the Depositary and any competent authority, stock exchange and/or quotation system by which the Notes have been admitted to listing, trading and/or quotation.

Publication of Notices. The Fiscal Agent shall, upon and in accordance with instructions of the Issuer received at least 10 days before the proposed publication date, arrange at the expense of the Issuer for the publication in accordance with Condition 15 of the Notes of any notice which is to be given to the NoteholdersNoteholders and shall supply a copy thereof to each other Paying Agent, Euroclear, Clearstream, Luxembourg and any competent authority, stock exchange and/or quotation system by which the Notes have been admitted to listing, trading and/or quotation.

The On behalf and at the written request and expense of the Issuer, the Fiscal Agent shall, upon and in accordance with instructions of the Issuer received at least 10 days before the proposed publication date, arrange for the publication will as soon as practicable cause to be published any notices in accordance with Condition 15 of the Notes of any notice which is 14 required to be given by the Issuer in accordance the Conditions, save as set out herein. The Issuer shall provide the Fiscal Agent and the other Agents with the signed copies of any notices to be published at least two Business Days prior to the Noteholdersdate of publication.
