Common use of PUBLICATION OF RATE OF INTEREST Clause in Contracts

PUBLICATION OF RATE OF INTEREST. It shall be the responsibility of the Agent Bank to cause notice of such Rate of Interest, Interest Amount and Interest Payment Date to be published in accordance with Condition 5 and Condition 14 of the Notes and any cost in so doing shall be borne by the Issuer.

PUBLICATION OF RATE OF INTEREST. It shall be the responsibility of the Agent Bank to cause notice of such Rate rates of Interestinterest, Interest Amount Amounts for each Interest Period and the immediately succeeding Interest Payment Date to be notified to the London Stock Exchange and to be published in accordance with Condition 5 Conditions 4(E) and Condition 14 of the Notes and any cost in so doing shall be borne by the Issuer14.
