Common use of Publication of Reset Interest Rates Clause in Contracts

Publication of Reset Interest Rates. Unless the Securities are to be redeemed on or prior to the next following Reset Date, the Issuer shall cause notice of each Reset Interest Rate and the related Interest Amount to be given to the Trustee, the Agents, any stock exchange on which the Securities are for the time being listed or admitted to trading and, in accordance with Condition 19 (Notices), the Holders, in each case as soon as practicable after its determination but in any event not later than the fourth Business Day thereafter.
