PUBLICATIONS AND COPYRIGHTS. a. Materials developed by the Sponsor regarding the results of any activity supported under this Agreement, and intended for written publication or general distribution, may not be published by the Sponsor without prior written approval of the Corporation. Any such publication shall: (i) acknowledge the support of the Corporation and the State of New York; and (ii) state that the opinions, results, findings and/or interpretations of data contained therein are the responsibility of the Sponsor and do not necessarily represent the opinions, interpretations or policy of the Corporation or the State of New York.
