Confidentiality of Invention Disclosures. Sponsor shall retain all invention disclosures provided by MIT, including any contained in Research results, in confidence and use its best efforts to prevent their disclosure to third parties. Sponsor shall be relieved of this obligation only when this information becomes publicly available through no fault of Sponsor.
Confidentiality of Invention Disclosures. UNIVERSITY will promptly notify SPONSOR of any Invention disclosure received by its Office of Technology Management (“OTM”). SPONSOR shall treat all UNIVERSITY Invention disclosures as Confidential Information. Notwithstanding Section 4.1, SPONSOR’s obligation of confidentiality for Invention disclosures shall continue until the Confidential Information becomes publicly available through no fault of SPONSOR. Each Party will promptly notify the other of any Joint Inventions.
