PUBLICATIONS AND OTHER MATERIALS a. Any material produced in whole or in part because of this Agreement may be subject to the Open Records Act of Oklahoma. OAG shall have authority to publish, disclose, distribute and otherwise use any reports, data or other materials prepared under this Agreement.

ODOC shall have unrestricted authority to publish, disclose, distribute and otherwise use, in whole or in part, any reports, data or other materials prepared under this contract.
