Publicity and Changes. 3.2.1 The Contractor must not (without the prior written consent of the Council) advertise, promote or publish in any form, the fact that the Contractor is providing the Services to the Council. 3.2.2 The Contractor must immediately notify the Council in writing of: 3.2.2.1 any change in the financial or technical capacity of the Contractor which a reasonable person would consider adversely impacts upon the Contractor’s ability to provide the Services to the Council; and/or 3.2.2.2 any change in the Contractor’s ownership.
