The Contractor shall not make any public statements or communications relating to the existence or performance of the Agreement, including the Services and the Work, or conduct any interviews or respond to any inquiries, concerning the same, without the express written consent of ASTHO. All media inquiries shall be directed to the ASTHO Office of Communications.
