Publicity and Support Material. 3.1 The BBC may use, print and/or publish the names of the Contributor and/or the author of the Work (including any adopted professional names), photographs, likenesses and biographic material for advertising and trade purposes in connection with the Recording and/or the exercise of any of the rights granted to the BBC in this Agreement.
