Publicity, Media and Official Enquiries. 32.1 The Contractor shall not make any press announcement or publicise the Contract, the Services or any aspects thereof in any way, except with the prior written consent of the Council. 32.2 The Contractor shall take reasonable steps to ensure that its servants, employees, agents, sub-contractors, suppliers, professional advisors and consultants comply with clause 32.1.
