Publicity, Media and Official Enquiries. 41.1 The Supplier shall not make any press announcements or publicise the Contract or any part thereof in any way, except with the prior Approval of the Authority. 41.2 The Supplier shall not have any right to use any of the names, logos or trade marks of any Commissioning Body without Approval of that Commissioning Body. 41.3 The Commissioning Bodies shall not have any right to use any of the Supplier's logos or trade marks on any of their products, services or other literature without the Supplier's Approval.
