Except as otherwise provided in Section 15 hereof, Employee and the Company covenant and agree that they shall not engage in any communications to persons outside the Company which shall disparage one another or interfere with their existing or prospective business relationships.

Nothing in any Section of this Agreement shall preclude or impede Employee from discussion or disclosing any act of sexual harassment in the workplace.
