Publicity; No Disparaging Statement. Except as otherwise provided in Section 9 hereof, Employee and the Company covenant and agree that they shall not engage in any communications which shall disparage one another or interfere with their existing or prospective business relationships. Such communications include, but are not necessarily limited to, remarks, comments, observations, analysis, opinions, statements, whether solicited or unsolicited, written or verbal, which reflect in any manner on the market, operating, financial, communications, people or other business strategies or actions of the Southern Entities, and their officers, directors, employees and agents.
