Common use of Publicity of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Publicity of Agreement. This existence of this Agreement is confidential. Neither Party shall engage in any type of publicity in any way connected with this Agreement without the other Party’s prior written approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. However, approval to disclose is hereby given by both parties to the extent required for compliance with any governmental rule, regulation or other requirement. In the event of any disclosure, the publishing Party shall furnish a copy of such disclosure to the other Party.
