PUEBLO WATER RIGHTS. Subject to the approval of the Secretary in accordance with section 506(e) of the Settlement Act, the Pueblo may Market water rights secured to it under this Settlement Agreement and the Partial Final Decree, provided that such Marketing is in accordance with this Article 5.5.1 and section 506 of the Settlement Act.
