Pulpwood. Pricing for Pulpwood Feedstock delivered to KiOR shall be equal to the F2M previous calendar quarter’s F2M Benchmark Area Price of purchased Softwood and Hardwood Pulpwood reported by F2M. For Softwood it is the F2M Market Area 4 Average and for Hardwood it is the F2M Southwide Average for Hardwood.
