Punitive Damages Excluded. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the prevailing Party in an arbitration proceeding convened hereunder shall be entitled to recover all reasonable damages plus documented costs incurred in pursuing its arbitration claim, including but not limited to legal fees and travel expenses, but shall not be entitled to exemplary or punitive damages.
