Common use of Purchase and Sale of the Acquired Assets Clause in Contracts

Purchase and Sale of the Acquired Assets. On and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Buyer shall purchase and acquire from Seller and Seller shall sell, transfer, convey, and deliver to Buyer, the Acquired Assets at the Closing upon the purchase terms specified below in this Section 1.
