Common use of Purchase and Sales Rights Clause in Contracts

Purchase and Sales Rights. a. TEAM agrees that CAFE and FUNDERS retain the non-exclusive right to purchase from TEAM the resultant or derived product, innovation or service used to win the CHALLENGE. b.
