Purchase by Hitters Tennis Club. Hitters Tennis Club shall be entitled to purchase, at any time, the Member’s membership, at a price equal to the initial membership fee paid by the Member. The Member’s membership shall be deemed terminated upon Hitters Tennis Club’s payment to the Member of the initial membership fee paid by the Member, and all annual membership fees shall cease being payable at the time of termination. Such a termination of Membership shall not relieve the Member of any dues, fees or charges of any other nature accruing prior to the effective date of the membership termination.
