Purchase Commitments. The Company has performed, in all material respects, all of the obligations required to be performed by it to date under all purchase agreements and purchase orders as conditions precedent to the delivery of the items called for therein. No such purchase commitment is in excess of the ordinary, common and usual requirements of the business of the Company.
