This PURCHASE CONTRACT (this “Contract”) is made and entered into as of January 25December 14, 20082007, by and between VIKING FUND ROCHESTER BATON ROUGE (MNLA), LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Seller”) with a principal office at 00000 Xxxx Xx., Suite 610, Dallas, Texas 75240, and APPLE EIGHT HOSPITALITY OWNERSHIP, INC., a Virginia corporation, with its principal office at 000 Xxxx Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx 00000, or its affiliates or assigns (“Buyer”).

PURCHASE CONTRACT. This PURCHASE CONTRACT (this “Contract”) is made and entered into as of January 256, 20082009, by and between VIKING FUND ROCHESTER XXXXX SPRINGS (MNNC), LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Seller”) with a principal office at 00000 Xxxx Xx., Suite 610, Dallas, Texas 75240, and APPLE EIGHT NINE HOSPITALITY OWNERSHIP, INC., a Virginia corporation, with its principal office at 000 Xxxx Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx 00000, or its affiliates or assigns (“Buyer”).
