Common use of Purchase of Assets, Investments Clause in Contracts

Purchase of Assets, Investments. No Borrower will directly or indirectly (a) engage or enter into any agreement to engage in any joint venture or partnership with any other Person or (b) acquire or own or enter into any agreement to acquire or own any Investment in any Person, in each case, other than Permitted Investments.

Purchase of Assets, Investments. No Borrower will shall not, directly or indirectly indirectly, (ai) acquire or enter into any agreement to acquire any assets other than in the Ordinary Course of Business; (ii) engage or enter into any agreement to engage in any joint venture or partnership with any other Person Person; or (biii) acquire or acquire, own or enter into any agreement to acquire or own any Investment in any Person, in each case, other than Permitted Investments.

No Borrower will directly or indirectly (a) acquire or enter into any agreement to acquire any assets other than in the Ordinary Course of Business; (b) engage or enter into any agreement to engage in any joint venture or partnership with any other Person or acquire or create any Subsidiary; or (bc) acquire or own or enter into any agreement to acquire or own any Investment in any Person, in each case, other than Permitted Investments.
