Maintenance of Management. Borrower will cause its business to be continuously managed by its present chief executive officer and chief financial officer or such other individuals serving in such capacities as shall be reasonably satisfactory to Agent. Borrowers will notify Agent promptly in writing of any change in its board of directors or executive officers.
Maintenance of Management. The Borrowers will notify the Administrative Agent in writing of the change of any executive officer or director of the Parent Company or the Primary Operating Company within thirty (30) days of the date of any such change.
