Use of Content The content on the App is provided to you “as is” for your personal use only and may not be used, copied, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed, de-compiled, or otherwise exploited for any other purposes whatsoever without our prior written consent. If you download or print a copy of the content you must retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained therein.
Purchase of Services Customer agrees to purchase the following products and/or services as further defined below in the quantity and for the prices described in Exhibit 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein, and as further listed in the accompanying Order Form prepared and provided by SUDS or DRB (the “Order Form”).

Removal of Contents Materials shown to be contrary to fact shall be removed from the file. Materials may also be removed pursuant to the resolution of a grievance.
Notice Contents The job vacancy notice shall include: the job title, a brief description of the position and duties, the minimum qualifications required for the position, the assigned job site, the number of hours per day, regular assigned work shift times, days per week, and months per year assigned to the position, the salary range, and the deadline for filing to fill the vacancy.

Access to and Use of Content Customer has the right to access and use applicable Content subject to the terms of applicable Order Forms, this Agreement and the Documentation.
