Common use of Purchase of Debentures Clause in Contracts

Purchase of Debentures. Contemporaneously with the execution and delivery of this Trust Agreement (i) the Administrative Trustee, on behalf of the Trust, shall purchase $185,567,025 aggregate principal amount of Debentures from the Depositor, registered in the name of the Trust and (ii) in satisfaction of the purchase price for such Debentures, the Property Trustee, on behalf of the Trust, shall deliver to the Depositor the sum of $185,567,025.

Purchase of Debentures. Contemporaneously with the execution and delivery of this Trust Agreement (i) the Administrative Trustee, on behalf of the Trust, shall purchase $185,567,025 154,640,000 aggregate principal amount of Debentures from the Depositor, registered in the name of the Trust Property Trustee and (ii) in satisfaction of the purchase price for such Debentures, the Property Trustee, on behalf of the Trust, shall deliver to the Depositor the sum of $185,567,025153,194,000.

Purchase of Debentures. Contemporaneously with the execution and delivery of this Trust Agreement (i) the Administrative Trustee, on behalf of the Trust, shall purchase $185,567,025 97,938,150 aggregate principal amount of Debentures from the Depositor, registered in the name of the Trust and (ii) in satisfaction of the purchase price for such Debentures, the Property Trustee, on behalf of the Trust, shall deliver to the Depositor the sum of $185,567,02597,938,150.

Purchase of Debentures. Contemporaneously with the execution and delivery of this Trust Agreement (i) the Administrative Trustee, on behalf of the Trust, shall purchase $185,567,025 214,433,000 aggregate principal amount of Debentures from the Depositor, registered in the name of the Trust and (ii) in satisfaction of the purchase price for such Debentures, the Property Trustee, on behalf of the Trust, shall deliver to the Depositor the sum of $185,567,025214,433,000.

Purchase of Debentures. Contemporaneously with the execution and delivery of this Trust Agreement (i) the Administrative Trustee, on behalf of the Trust, shall purchase $185,567,025 231,958,775 aggregate principal amount of Debentures from the Depositor, registered in the name of the Trust and (ii) in satisfaction of the purchase price for such Debentures, the Property Trustee, on behalf of the Trust, shall deliver to the Depositor the sum of $185,567,025231,958,775.

Purchase of Debentures. Contemporaneously with the execution and delivery of this Trust Agreement (i) the Administrative Trustee, on behalf of the Trust, shall purchase $185,567,025 154,639,200 aggregate principal amount of Debentures from the Depositor, registered in the name of the Trust Property Trustee and (ii) in satisfaction of the purchase price for such Debentures, the Property Trustee, on behalf of the Trust, shall deliver to the Depositor the sum of $185,567,025154,639,200.

Purchase of Debentures.
