Common use of Purchase of Device Clause in Contracts

Purchase of Device. Contingent upon Xxxxxxxx’s acceptance of this Agreement, and subject to its terms, Oxford hereby agrees to sell to Customer, and Customer hereby agrees to purchase and pay for, the Device, as and for the price specified in Customer’s Order relating to purchase of the Device referencing this Agreement.

Purchase of Device.
