During this time you will be stated in without the warranty information on our website.
(j) If for any reason we provide you part and no interim replacement equipment in advance of receiving the original equipment from you, we will xxxx you our standard retail price for the equipment. The charge will be cancelled when we receive the original equipment from you. If we do not receive the original equipment, or we have no obligation to repair or replace the equipment under warranty or other legal obligation, then you must pay us the charges billedprovided.
