Purchase of Fund Shares. 1.1. The Funds agree to make available for purchase by the Company shares of the Funds and shall execute orders placed for each Account on a daily basis at the net asset value next computed after receipt by the Funds or their designee of such order. For purposes of this Section, the Company shall be the designee of the Funds for receipt of such orders from each Account and receipt by such designee shall constitute receipt by the Funds; provided that the Company uses its best efforts to deliver the order to the Funds by 9:00 a.m. Eastern time on the next following Business Day, and provided further that the final order is received by the Funds not later than 9:30 a.m. on such Business Day.
