Common use of Purchase of Future Equipment Clause in Contracts

Purchase of Future Equipment. As new technology becomes available, the XXXXXXX CITIES may, from time to time, purchase new products to enhance the current level of service. The XXXXXXX CITIES will provide a minimum 90 day written notice to CONTRACTING CITY of any anticipated purchase, where the costs of purchase and/or maintenance of equipment that is the responsibility of the CONTRACTING CITY under section II.A. above are to be borne by the CONTRACTING CITY.
