The Board, on behalf of the Trustee agrees, subject to the delivery of the invoice or invoices and other conditions set forth in the Purchase Contract and the Indenture, to pay or cause to be paid to the respective Contractors the cost of the Improvements then to be purchased constituting the invoice price of such Improvements.
