Purchase of Property. Upon receipt of any notice pursuant to Section 15.2 or 15.3, the Lessor or the Required Participants, at the Lessee's expense, shall have the right to select an independent environmental consultant acceptable to the Lessee, which acceptance shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed, to determine the estimated cost of conducting any clean-up or remediation required as a result of the Environmental Violation disclosed in such notice.
