Common use of Purchase of Royalty Share Clause in Contracts

Purchase of Royalty Share. The Master Royalty Recipient hereby sells to the Purchaser, subject to the terms of this agreement, the Investor License Agreement (appendix to this agreement) and the corresponding White Paper, a Royalty Share with a unique token identification number (issued upon completion of the offering) and unique artwork, which is represented in the token’s metadata and stored using the decentralized protocol InterPlanetary File System (IPFS).
