Common use of Purchase of the Firm Units Clause in Contracts

Purchase of the Firm Units. (a) On the basis of the representations and warranties contained in, and subject to the terms and conditions of, this Agreement, the Partnership agrees to sell to the several Underwriters, and each of the Underwriters, severally and not jointly, agrees to purchase from the Partnership, at a purchase price of $31.43 per Unit, the amount of the Firm Units set forth opposite that Underwriter’s name in Schedule I hereto.

Purchase of the Firm Units. (a) On the basis of the representations and warranties contained in, and subject Subject to the terms and conditions of, this Agreementand in reliance upon the representations and warranties herein set forth, the Partnership agrees to sell to the several Underwriters, and each of the Underwriters, severally and not jointly, agrees to purchase from the Partnership, at a purchase price of $31.43 22.944 per Unit, the amount of the Firm Units set forth opposite that Underwriter’s name in Schedule I hereto.

Purchase of the Firm Units. (a) On the basis of the representations and warranties contained in, and subject to the terms and conditions of, this Agreement, the Partnership agrees to sell to the several Underwriters, and each of the Underwriters, severally and not jointly, agrees to purchase from the Partnership, at a purchase price of $31.43 52.92 per Unit, the amount of the Firm Units set forth opposite that Underwriter’s name in Schedule I hereto.

Purchase of the Firm Units. (a) On the basis of the representations and warranties contained in, and subject Subject to the terms and conditions of, this Agreementand in reliance upon the representations and warranties herein set forth, the Partnership agrees to sell to the several Underwriters, and each of the Underwriters, severally and not jointly, agrees to purchase from the Partnership, at a purchase price of $31.43 24.839 per Unit, the amount of the Firm Units set forth opposite that Underwriter’s name in Schedule I hereto.

(a) On the basis of the representations and warranties contained in, and subject to the terms and conditions of, this Agreement, the Partnership agrees to sell to the several Underwriters, and each of the Underwriters, severally and not jointly, agrees to purchase from the Partnership, at a purchase price of $31.43 60.19 per Unit, the amount of the Firm Units set forth opposite that Underwriter’s name in Schedule I hereto.

(a) On the basis of the representations and warranties contained in, and subject to the terms and conditions of, this Agreement, the Partnership agrees to sell to the several Underwriters, and each of the Underwriters, severally and not jointly, agrees to purchase from the Partnership, at a purchase price of $31.43 21.38 per Unit, the amount of the Firm Units set forth opposite that Underwriter’s name in Schedule I hereto.

Purchase of the Firm Units. (a) On the basis of the representations and warranties contained in, and subject to the terms and conditions of, this Agreement, the Partnership agrees to sell to the several Underwriters, and each of the Underwriters, severally and not jointly, agrees to purchase from the Partnership, at a purchase price of $31.43 44.68 per Unit, the amount of the Firm Units set forth opposite that Underwriter’s name in Schedule I hereto.
