Purchase Order Forms. Each Party shall be entitled to use its then current standard purchase order for its purchases hereunder. In the event of a conflict between the terms of any such purchase order and the terms of this Amendment, the terms of this Amendment shall take precedence. Additional terms included in the purchase order that are not terms of this Amendment will be subject to prior mutual written agreement.
