At Closing, the Title Company shall disburse the Escrowed Funds to Seller according to the written instructions provided by Seller and Buyer.

Purchase Price and Escrowed Funds. (a) Upon the signing of this Agreement, Buyer shall remit the Escrowed Funds to Chicago Title Insurance Company (“CTI”) pursuant to the terms of an Escrow Agreement in the form attached as Exhibit H to this Agreement (the “Escrow Agreement”). At Closing, CTI shall disburse the Escrowed Funds to Seller according to the written instructions provided by Seller.

  • Purchase Price and Deposit The total purchase price ("Purchase Price") for the Property shall be an amount equal to $14,000,000.00, payable by Purchaser, as follows:

  • Escrowed Funds Upon receipt of the Escrowed Funds, the Escrow Agent shall hold the Escrowed Funds in escrow pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
