Purchase Restrictions and Other Terms. (A) No Affiliated Lender shall have any right, (A) to require any Agent or other Lender to undertake any action (or refrain from taking any action) with respect to this Agreement or any other Loan Document or (B) to make or bring any claim, in its capacity as a Lender, against any Agent or any Lender with respect to the duties and obligations of such Persons under the Loan Documents;
