  • Purchase Terms Subject to the satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Article VII, the parties agree as follows:

  • Authorized User Terms and Conditions As noted above, the terms and conditions set forth in this section are expressly incorporated in, and applicable to, the Authorized User Agreement resulting from this Contract.
