Common use of Purchaser Accounts Payable and Liabilities Clause in Contracts

Purchaser Accounts Payable and Liabilities. There are no material liabilities, contingent or otherwise, of the Purchaser which are not disclosed in Schedule "G" hereto or reflected in the Purchaser Financial Statements except those incurred in the ordinary course of business since the date of the said financial statements, and the Purchaser has not guaranteed or agreed to guarantee any debt, liability or other obligation of any person, firm or corporation. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, all accounts payable and liabilities of the Purchaser are described in Schedule "G" hereto;
